Sarah Klinkow is a physiotherapist based in Squamish, BC, working with climbers and athletes of all levels to help them recover from injury, move better, and keep doing what they love. She’s passionate about empowering her clients to reach their goals and live an active life.
Originally from Québec, Sarah moved west for the world-class climbing and quickly fell in love with the area. As a climber herself she understands the frustration of nagging injuries and the desire to stay active. She believes that balancing climbing, rehab, and training is key to sustainable progress.
Sarah takes an individualized approach—considering the whole person, their priorities, and their lifestyle. Her goal is to help people not just recover, but return to activity safely, confidently, and with a deeper understanding of their body.
Her expertise extends beyond climbers. Sarah supports people recovering from surgery or car accidents, helping them rebuild strength and function through tailored physiotherapy plans.
Her treatments include:
- Exercise prescription
- Education
- Dry needling (IMS)
- Manual therapy
- Soft tissue release
- Taping
- Concussion rehabilitation strategies
