Orthopaedics & sports physiotherapy
Initial assessments at the Squamish Athletic Club identify the root cause of pain or injury and clarify your treatment plan. Follow-up visits blend:
- Education, manual therapy, dry needling, and taping
- Exercise prescription with progressive loading
- Home programs and clinic-based coaching so you know exactly what to work on between visits
Dry Needling / IMS
Dry needling is a physiotherapy technique that involves inserting fine, sterile needles into trigger points or tight muscle bands to relieve pain, improve mobility, and promote healing.
It targets myofascial tension and stimulates natural recovery processes, offering effective treatment for musculoskeletal conditions. Sarah completed her AN-IMS certification in April 2024 and is trained to safely integrate this modality.
